Is this a sprain? There's pain in both my hands? - sore volleyball

I write to write a lot to do to the daily draft for a few hours or less. I have no pain, really, but last night in training volleyball with my hands, began badly, as if there is no flow of blood and not enough hands to start, pain in several places. My hands are now very painful and it hurts when I move a certain way. I have no idea what could be. Help me out?
